Very displeased
I am so sad with the new texture this Nivea soft creme gives. It is not soft on the skin anymore. My husband has used this creme for years and his skin is pleading the old formula back. Please reconsider bringing the old one back. We don’t like this new vegan formula.

The new formula is terrible
I have been using Nivea soft for over 20 years and it has always been my go-to moisturizer. It has the perfect consistency and provides sufficient moisture which lasts all day on my dry skin, without feeling greasy. I bought a new tub in Feb 2025 and was surprised at the watery consistency. I thought I would give it a try and am sad to say that my skin hates the new formula. My skin feels dry and tight, like I am wearing a face mask. I absolutely hate the new formula and sadly will have to start looking for a replacement. Ni ea, if you are reading these reviews, please bring back the old formula.

New formula is terrible
I have used Nivea soft for 10 years but I recently purchased the new Nivea soft and it is terrible. It's not anywhere near as creamy and when I put it on I could literally feel my skin burning. After putting it on I also didn't feel moisturized at all, and in fact it feels like it's drying my skin out more. I am so upset that you changed the formula and will be looking into other brands
