This new version is terrible!! I can’t use it at all. The old formula that I’ve used for over a decade was EVERYTHING. I went through tubs so fast because I used it multiple times daily to rehydrate my skin. This new formula, however, leaves a burning sensation and it’s more “watery” for a lack of better word. Please bring the old formula back and stop making THIS CRAP!!

Why fix something that wasn't broken?
I've used Nivea Soft for nearly 20 years - the original formula was rich, creamy, hydrating, and great for all skin types. The new formula is watery and sits on my skin - it feels and smells like a cheap sunscreen rather than a moisturizer. This version is such a disappointing downgrade.

Bring back the old formula!!
Im so sad that you guys changed the formula!! why? my family and I have been huge supporters of nivea but now this change is just ruined it!! it's my fav lotion and i dont want to change the brand, but i hate the new formula!!!
