Old formula

Please bring back the old formula! The new one feels tight and drying and I’ve been breaking out. I’ve purchased this lotion for about 15yrs now and I don’t think I’ll continue buying this new formula :(

Worst Change Ever!

I don’t believe I have ever written any type of review for anything, but today I have to. I have been using this specific face cream for close to 15 years consistently and faithfully and have recommended it to countless people. This change whether good for the environment or not is horrific! My skin started burning instantly and I didn’t even notice the little green change to the jar until hours later. It’s much thinner and doesn’t moisturize at all in comparison to the original formula leaving the skin tight and dry which is why I buy this product to begin with. The original formula needs to come back asap. I don’t need an explanation on why you went vegan just bring back the original formula. In the meantime you lost a faithful customer simply because I need a face cream that actually moisturizes.

Bring the old Nivea back

All ruined

Horrible new formula. Doesn't sink into the skin quickly, leaving white film. Then a second later my skin feels just as dry as if i didn't apply anything. Also, my face started breaking out in pimples unrelenting. I have been using the Nivea soft (white container) for over 10 years, after trying do many other creams, and it was the only one that moisturizes me well and didn't cause me to break out. Then, suddenly, my new container is just not working at all! Took me a while to realize that it was a different formula, because the package design looks so similar!! Dude, you gotta make it more obvious that you're selling a different product! You can't just change the formula and only write a tiny "new formula" hidden somewhere on the container.....
