CHANGE THE FORMULA BACK!!!
old formula was chefs kiss 5/5. best thing i ever used on my skin. so soft, so luscious, made my skin felt like it was being hugged by clouds when i put it on. new formula is HORRIBLE. has an unappealing scent, breaks me out heavily, and the magic softness from the moisturizer has disappeared. nivea soft WAS my holy grail product i’ve used for YEARS. and i am so disappointed the formula changed. i’m now on the search for a new moisturizer. definitely will not be using nivea again unless this formula goes back to how it used to be.

Not like before
I have used Nivea soft for 30 years. After I’ve bought the latest creams I noticed that my skin felt tight and not moist at all. First, I thought it’s my imagination, but then after several applications, I still noticed the same effects. Then I researched the product and found out that they reformulated the cream. I am not able to use it anymore. Unfortunately I have to find something else.

New version?
I’ve used Nivea soft for over 10yrs and this new version is so bad. My skin is dry and tight after applying and it’s causing redness. Please go back to the old formula! It was the best moisturizer
