Our Initiative

The Proud In Your Skin initiative focuses on helping every person feel connected and accepted. No matter our race, gender, where we’re from, or who we love, this platform is designed to foster belonging and is a place where individuals can come together and find community. Because everyone deserves to feel safe and proud in their own skin.

Partnership

NIVEA is proud to partner for the second year with PFLAG National, the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them.

NIVEA is continuing its commitment to PFLAG National's mission and initiatives by pledging support that helps grow, add, and sustain outreach programming and culturally tailored resources such as PFLAG Connects: Communities. This program is designed so that LGBTQ+ people and their parents, families and non-family allies with shared experiences can be safe, connected, and proud in their skin.

This donation not only supports the existing program at PFLAG, but also aids in the growth, expansion, and launch of additional resources for individuals and communities with shared experiences. In this way, NIVEA is contributing to meaningful change by supporting initiatives that promote social connectivity, equity, and inclusion within the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.

LIMITED-EDITION PRIDE CREME TIN

As part of this initiative, NIVEA has also launched a limited-edition Pride Creme Tin, a symbolic show of support and partnership with PFLAG National to create an equitable, inclusive world where LGBTQ+ people are safe, celebrated, empowered, loved, and proud in their skin. The product is sold on Amazon and at select Walgreens stores nationwide.
