I have used this for at least 7 years. Now I find myself searching for something else because the formula was ruined. Doesn’t smell good any more. Doesn’t stay on your hand any more. Watered down.

New formula is terrible
Like many others here, I used the original version of this for many years. It had a thick, rich lather and an amazing scent. It was the best I'd ever found. Without warning, they have discontinued that product and replaced it with a vastly inferior one. It is extremely watered down and the awesome scent has been replaced with a toxic, plasticky stench. So Nivea has succeeded in cheating me out of some cash in the short term (and I'm sure someone got an even larger bonus on the greater margin of this new version), but they have lost a long term customer.
