As others have said, I'm not impressed with the new formulation. It doesn't have that same moisturizing effect and seems to sting my eyes more than the old formula. I appreciate your commitment to the environment and sustainability, but I feel like you could have done a better job reformulating this product to retain its original properties. I've been using this product exclusively for several years, but unfortunately this change has me looking for an alternative.

What happened!? Product is awful now
This "new formulation" found in the several bottles I purchased is awful. The product no longer produces the same lather or suds like it used or any for that matter. I have to use twice as much of the watered down new formula and still feel like I'm not getting anywhere near the same results. The cool, rich smell is virtually non-existent now and the feel of the product leaves much to be desired. I'm curious what makes this 'new and improved, planet-friendly formulation' (Menthol

Hate the new formula
I’ve used this body wash exclusively for years, but the changes made to the formula have me searching for another brand. The new formula leaves my skin feeling dry and sticky (as do the other Nivea body washes I’ve tried as alternatives.) I’ve seen the replies about “sustainability,” which I can guess is nothing more than a simple marketing ploy to hide the fact that the company is cutting costs to increase profits. They’ve lost my business, and many others’ based on the reviews I’ve seen. I hope they go back to the original formula, but I’m not holding my breath.
